Sunny day with pixelated, rapidly-moving little ripples. (Missed 5/5/10 entirely! sorry!)

The water is very active today, moving around in such a way that it looks like moving pixels. There are no waves, not really even ripples, just constantly shifting little peaks of water. I'm not sure video could capture it either, but this pic is the best I can do.
