Lots of contrails in the sky this morning.

Blue Window

I like the bit of blue peeking through the gap in the clouds.

Still no snow in January in Wisconsin.

Peaceful New Year

Today it is terribly windy outside, and I may go to the Lake later to get a representative pic, but in the meantime, I want to share this beauty from earlier this year.

This is Schoolhouse Beach, on Washington Island, Wisconsin, at the tip of Door County.  I have been to Washington Island a few times, but not for several decades. This lovely photo was generously shared by guest photographer MS. Thanks, M, and Happy New Year to you and yours!
